In the 'Answer' section "Mark as The Best answer" appears, Does clicking on this, denote that a client thinks this is the best answer to his Question ?

Rather oddly, clicking 'Mark as best answer' doesn't produce any changes on what is displayed. Neither does it send any message to the person who provided the answer. However it does allow the Editor to occasionally produce a league table' of those people who've provided the most 'best answers' even though, to the best of my knowledge, that table hasn't been updated since last October.
