Up-loading photo`s onto A/B with Photo plus

Would a very patient Aber please guide me step by step instructions on how to do this, as I have been trying for the past week or so to show my new wet shower room that Social Services have put in for me as I am disabled and couldn't get my legs over into the bath, and required help getting out. They also made a more suitable concrete path leading up to my front door for easier access to the front door with my wheelchair, altogether it cost nearly £10,000. Oh yes, I nearly forgot, they had a stair-lift installed also. What a wonderful country I was born into. The SS has a different in English.
I await your easy to follow instructions.

Boxtops: That`s the reason I went Aaaaarrrrgggggg. I will do some more when I get the brain in gear......trouble is I have to use a Camcorder and I can`t get far enough back to take the Wet Room in one shot. I need a fisheye lens like I had when using a film camera.
