New System

I have looked in vain for "Best Answer" to DT Prize Crossword!So far not one has shown the answer to clues. Do "askers" not yet realise that they must choose a best answer before anyone else can see it? So far I think this "improvement" is a backward step. I'm surprised that others, as yet, have not queried this new system.

As far as I know, RIAS, "best answer" is optional. I don't think it affects what one can view.

There is no compulsion to award a best answer, indeed you might think it unfair if you have a few replies almost immediately and all correct, use the best answer facility if you wish, if not leave it.

RIAS, whatever do you mean? Best Answer is entirely up to the answer, they don't have to do it - and all the answers appear below the Best Answer box. Are you not looking far down enough? - I can see all the answers on this thread, not only Builder's Best Answer.
