I have also just bought them - saw headlines about someone taking them and she lost 10lbs in 2 weeks. I haven't started them though, I am going to wait until tomorrow (saturday) (we have a work do this evening) as I need/want to lose 7lbs and I can't seem to shift it. How much do you want to lose? Did you buy just the one container of them? Good luck!! I'll be thinking of you.

approx a stone and a half.... i've only got one pot and am aiming for 3lbs in the first week... if i dont lose that i wont buy a second pot!!!
