I have some MP3s and WMV files that are easily 100MB - 1,000MB in size. Is it possible to compress them to under 5MB without the quality being so poor that they can't be watched/heard?
I'm aware that there will almost have to be some quality loss but they will be all spoken word files so I think that we might be able to tolerate that, if it can be done.
MP3 is already a compressed format, so you wont gain anything by compressing them, but you should be able to change the quality of the file to the lowest level, a lower kbps, say 96kbps.
Right click on the files and see what kbps the files are now.
