"just where the Blood Pressure Testing Cuff tightens" are you talking about a wrist or arm type ? If 'cuff' refers to the wrist, then that type is not very reliable, I have just switched to the upper arm variety, and the readings are lower and much more consistent. If you have a tight dressing or plaster cast on the fracture, it could increase the blood pressure reading a little. Isn't that the case squad?
