Likely sentencing for Section 18 Wounding with previous

My ex has just plead guilty to a section 18 - this was at the first court hearing.

He has previously been convicted for ABH (plead guilty) and got a community order then a year later he was convicted for GBH - got three years, served 18 months.

He was 15 months into his 18 month probabtion for that when this event happened.

All of these acts have been against the same person (me).

He has been on remand for 3 months but not sure how this affects the fact that he is serving the rest of the sentence he was on probation for.

I know it's difficult but I was wondering if anyone knew approximately how long he'll get this time? And, more impoprtantly when he's likely to get out again?

My experience is with civil law rather than criminal and I note JTH has given you a site to check the likely sentence. I do hope your reason for asking when your ex partner may be released is not a fear that he may attack you for a third time when he is. If you have any fear for your safety contact the police or a solicitor too be beaten up twice is bad enough do not let there be a third.
