As alcohol is now taking effect, I'll summarise. We were good and dominated first half yet went in down on scores. Never gave up hope though, missed a few kicks (8 points by Rhys P), expected another World Cup semi final outcome as a result, Brad Davies was idiotic in the extreme and deserved a straight red, nothing less.
Ferris unlucky to be pinged for that tackle, looked legit to me, not a pen and never a yellow card but I'll take a potential game winning 3 points from an Englishman (Barnes) all day long.
Leigh kept his nerve and IMHO we now become Grand Slam faves.
Ireland wanted revenge, which is a dish best served cold. In light of that for tea I'll have leek soup to start, a Welsh lamb oggie for main course and Welsh cakes for dessert, washed down with a pint of Guinness bitter (I don't drink bitter, I just said that for irony).
Oh, by the way.......

much much better than the Saturday matches. Wales should have won by miles after their efforts in the first half, but they were having trouble finishing. In the end they were lucky Davies wasn't sent off for weeks (can they still review this and punish him more or is that it once he's got a yellow?); but as he only returned for the last four minutes I doubt it made a difference.
