Facebook profile disappeared

my family set up a facebook page for our missing relative. It was fine for two years, then last year, it just disappeared. Does anyone know an address, email, customer services no. for facebook. I cant find one anywhere to ask them how we can get it reinstated.. thank you for your time

I know that facebook are archiving pages/groups that are not used very much. If you click on your profile, in the top right corner you will see edit profile, click on that and at the bottom of this page you will see about, advertising, create a page etc... andhelp. Clickon help and then click on somethings not working,that gives you a list and you should be able to find out how to contact someone through there. Hope this helps x
