Not sure where to ask this. Ive also asked it in "Law".
can anyone tell me if there is a site i can search to find the previous owner occupiers of my house in the last 20yrs?

Your best bet would be the electoral register. You might find archive copies available at your council's main library or could get access by contacting the election services dept of the council.

The electoral register will tell you who lived in the house, not who owned it. Often the same of course, but not invariably

Download the documents from the Land Registry. Or, if you are the owner, you may possibly have them already from when you bought the property.
