Bluetooth Car Speakers

I have been tasked with finding a suitable Bluetooth device for our new fleet which will be arriving shortly. Some of the cars have bluetooth as standard but the BMWs don't. My question is - has anybody got a particular device that they would recommend. Thanking you in anticipation of courteous replies!
