Hi can any one tell me how stay warm works i had my supplyer on the phone say i am not useing a nuf to get the stay warm tarrif we are freezing most of the time trying to save money

Start from the feet up. Double up on socks or wear thicker ones and make sur eyour chest is warm.

Wear layers - much warmer to wear couple t shirts and then long sleeved tops over then one thick jumper. 2 pairs of socks , slippers. shut doors to all rooms you arent in. When using oven or grill, after you have turned it off keep the door open so the excess heat comes into the room. Hot water bottles in lounge when watching tv, and in bed. Drink hot drinks and cup a soups.
