Blood pressure

I have been loaned a BP machine from my doctors. Had to do 12 readings over 2 days. They range from 121-171 over 54-92. these gave an average of 147 - 82. I am on 2 BP tablets. What do you think (if anything) about these readings, should I be concerned?
