Hi. I am signed up to my local freecycle. For the last week or so I noticed nearly all the posts from them are going straight to the junk mail folder.Must be Sky as I have not changed anything.
How do i get them to go straight to my inbox. Thanks

I use sky mail
Use the Filter facility
Mark them as not "Spam".
Hi everhelpful. I wasn't sure whether that just moved it as a one off- are you saying it will in future always treat emails from that sender as 'not spam'

When I first noticed it I went through spam and marked them all as not spam but the still keep going.
Factor 30. Had a look at the filter thing but not sure how to use it,any help.
I use Sky Email and it always works for me,hope this helps.
Click on the email.
I suggest you then select Not spam so it goes into the in box.
Then open the email .
Click on the More tab and then select Filter Messages like these.
It will list the address of the sender. Click on the bit that says "create filter with this search".

You will be given a list of options.
Select the Never send it Spam option
Then click Create Filter
Can you set up rules in Sky email like you can in Outlook? Whenever the sender is freecycle move it to your inbox sort of thing?
