Background Music ID

Anyone know what this is please? I have been after this for about 14 years, its been used for nightscreen, BBC Click and many other BBC programmes I have no idea what it's called or where to get it, any help would be amazing and thank you. It probably isn't much help, but Click and other BBC programmes seem to use a lot of music from the Freeplay Music library. You could try playing some track samples on http://freeplaymusic.com/ but it would take a long time to go through.
