Botanico greenhouse heater

Does anyone have one of these? I've put some seeds in today, dragged the heater out and realised I don't have the instructions.

It has two dials, the one on the right has three settings, 1 is a little cloud type thing, number two is marked "I" and number 3 is marked "II". The left hand dial just has Min to Max on it.

I seem to remember it is thermostatically controlled. Once you have achieved the temperature you want, it should automatically cut out and then cut back in when the temp dips.

Can anyone tell me how to use it please. I simply can't remember and I don't want it blasting out hot air ALL night.
