I have LPA of my sisters property and finance, I have been spending some of my own money to give petty cash to her two carers for when they take my sister out, I have been asking for receipts for items bought, but of course it's not always possible to get them; I have on a couple occasions transferred out of pocket expenses from my sisters account to my own account, is this legal, and will the courts want every little detail of monies spent accounted for? I have kept most receipts but not been given others, so where do I stand?
