Upside down video!

I took a video with my new phone (HTC Wildfire). Later I realised that it was upside down. Imported it to my computer, still upside down. Is there a way that I can turn if the right way up? Is there anything in Photoshop (I have CS2)?

Is there no pre-installed video software on there? Windows Movie Maker will do what you want.
