How would you go about returning a set of lose keys, including a car key, to their owner?

Do you have their address? Do you have a contact number? Could they come and collect them?

Give them to the police...............

They were found near a car park where I walk the dog.

As Craft said, I'd take them to the police station.

Phone the police and tell them that you've got them then put an ad in the local paper and in any shops nearby where they were found.
