hotels in Poone [ we say Poona] India

I have to return to Poone in Dec this year for the second stage of my teehth implants, last visit we stayed at the Sunderban hotel next to the Ashram and although the price was reasonable the studio room was not clean, has anyone got any other hotels that they stayed in there ?
Ideally I would like the Best Western but 10 nights there is beyond our budget.
