Money back???

I bought a car from a dealer on 1st Feb. The next day I noticed huge plumes of smoke when started from cold until it was up to running temp. I rang the dealer who said the earliest they could sort it was the 9th Feb. I took it in on the 9th and havent seen it since. Ive had to ring several times to see whats going on, even though they say they'll ring me they never do!
Its now just over 3 weeks since I bought the car and Ive had it for ONE week, the rest of the time they've had it.
What I would like to know is..... When, if at all, can I demand my money back? Or is there something else I could do?

What were the guarantees they gavea you when they sold it? What does it say in the contract about time to change your mind?

I rang again this evening and was told it will be the middle of next week!! So that will be 3 weeks they would have had it and ONE week ive had it! They are now being very apologetic and Ive been offered free services and MOTs but thats not the point! All I want is my car or my money back so I can buy another car! Ill check the contract later.
