I was walking passed the mental hospital recently, and I heard all the patients were shouting '13...13...13'. The fence was too high for me to see over, but I noticed a knot-hole in one of the planks, so I looked through it to see what was going on, and someone on the other side poked me in the eye with a stick. Then they all started shouting '14...14...14'.

I was walking along the road near that place last week when I came across a bridge over the railway with one of the inmates sitting on the parapet dangling a fishing line over the edge.

"Have you caught anything" I said smugly.

"You're the fifth today" he replied.
