II am on weight watchers and have found myself eating more and more oranges! I'm honestly enjoying them as much as chocolate. I've had 5 large navelinas already today and could easily eat more.
Will they do me any harm?

They are a great source of vit C though as mentioned consider the citric acid in regards to your teeth. Aren't oranges also full of fructose? As in, natural sugar? Not bad for you in moderation but not something that you should you overload on I wouldn't think.
yes, acid reflux has eaten up my teeth, and unfortunately I didn't know about it until too late. (I take pills for it now.) It wasn't eating the oranges(or other acid stuff) in the first palce that did it, the acid action was on the back of the teeth, not the front. But it was years before the dentist spotted it. So that is something to watch out for.
i think they meant, a big mac compared to 7 oranges!
BUT, the oranges were eaten throughout the day, from morning till late at night. I wouldn't want a burger to take all day to eat!
Anyway, the oranges helped me when the others ta work were having cakes, when the kids were having some chocolate and when hubbby had some beer and nuts.
