dear sir , i am an agency psychiatric nurse having qualified in 1980, yes i know that i should be happy but i am not. I also have a degree in law and applied social studies.

however i am now 46 and in a total rut, i just feel that at my age i should be pushing forward for my job. However i have done agency for years due to the better pay aand wonder what to do. I think that i have come to the end of nursing as i really dont want to go to work in the nhs for 1200 per month, i lke life too
