The New Leader Of The Opposition Party/

A couple of years ago I was looking for art prints/posters etc to frame for my house. I did a fair bit of searching on the net and found a picture that I liked but never got round to buying. I would love to find it again but cannot remember who it was by or which site I saw it on.
I know this is a very long shot and I'll be amazed if anyone does recognise it from this description but here goes.
It was a picture of a country lanscape but drawn from above rather than ground level. I think it may have been of somewhere in France or Belgium. It was, I think, fairly modern. It showed a river winding through some fields. It was not a 'realistic' painting, it was almost cartoonlike with blocks of colour rather than delicate shading and intricate detail. The colours were mainly shades of brown/beige.
I don't think that the artists was particularly well known, certainly not in the Van Gogh/Monet etc league. As I said I just stumbled across it whilst doing an internet search so I'm sure I must be able to find it again but you're my last resort.
A million stars to anyone that finds it!!
Thanks in advance.
