This was my late sis's ex, under the influence as per, and actually asking me to hit him.

It would have been rude to refuse. My parents brought me up never to be rude, so at the age of 40 I let swing with one good punch :)))))))

No it did not, mic. I am laughing at the memory even now :) Though I have never shown violence before or since that occasion - honestly.

Back in the 60's we used to support the local football team at their Wedneday evening games. One of the group would never leave the terrace until the pitch was cleared in case there was a 'punch up' between players. He liked 2 sports for the price of one ;) Never saw any fisticuffs though.
