Vesta use to do Crispy Noodles but don't seem able to buy them anymore,large plate of crispy noodles and a bowl of soup great !

you can get other peoples crispy noodles, I bought some blue dragon ones last chinese new year, try a chinese supermarket or big ordinary supermarket

The crispy noodles still come as part of the Vesta Chow Mein dried meals that I used to have at Guide Camp every year!!!

I tried it recently out of nostalgia and after 2 mouthfuls it went straight in the bin... don't bother!!!

blue dragon do crispy noodles but you have to cook them yourself. Dead simple just drop a handful into very hot oil, they cook as quickly as prawn crackers. I've got some in the cupboard, I might have to pop off and do some right now!
