Strange noise in the house.

A friend came for tea this afternoon and I kept hearing this funny beeping noise. She is slightly deaf so I assumed she had got a hearing aid. It was still there when she had gone so I changed the battery in the fire alarm. Still beeping. Checked my phone. All OK,still beeping.I was getting quite worried then went upstairs,you've guessed it was the upstairs alarm.Is this another step on the way to senility.

Swore to myself when I thought I had left my biscuits on the counter in Sainsbury's. Went to the freezer later and found them!

giveup, Yes I'm afraid you have now joined the club, they are called
'Senior Moments' they start at any time after 35 I think.

I've been having senior moments since I hit puberty. It's not unusual to find things previously lost in rather odd places. My excuse is that I have too many things to think about.
