Welcome to Title Builder Beta.

This small piece of kit is designed to make building your Quiz, Crossword or Puzzle question more effective. It should make finding your question easier for others and, the easier it is to find, the more likely someone is to answer it!

To build an easy to find question title simply select the paper and quiz, enter the quiz number if relevant and fill in the Publication Date. Once you’re happy click “Build Title” and the information should populate the Title field. Fill in the final required details of your question as you normally would, and click submit.

As this is a Beta we only have a limited number of papers and quizzes listed. If you think your favourite Quiz, Crossword or Puzzle should be listed here don’t hesitate to contact us.

Remember: You do not have to use the title builder - simply enter the title and question as you normally would and click submit!

I thought I was the only one doing the daily express crossword ,most seem to do the daily mail. Is it me or has the crossword setterchanged recently I find them a lot more cryptic now.

Hi nanny. I do (or try to do) the crusader every day, and I find it difficult too. I have almost finished today, but without the computer, I would not have got half of them

nanny, I agree the complier has changed , some of the clues are really obscure cryptic ones and the complier is not following usual cryptic convention either.

I've just finished this crossword.Took me a while to figure out 2d Had to google Mahan to find out where it was!

Thanks for your replies ,at least I feel now that my brain isnt quite so dossey. Sometimes I can zip through one in about 3/4hour then the next day I will be keep picking it up having a little niggle at it then putting it down again. I have been know to wake the OH up and tell him the answer to a particularly hard clue in the middle of the night - he isnt impressed!
