My son has been studying at night school on various different courses (accounts), he has just passed Sage level 1, when looking on job vacancy websites, employers requirements say they want 'Sage line 50'
Does anyone now if Sage Line 50 is the same as Sage Level 1 and do you think it is worth him taking the Sage level 2 course which starts soon
many thanks

he is also studying a course at a different nightschool called bookkeeping and computerised accounts (7 modules in total), he has passed all 5 modules of the bookkeeping side and is about to start the 2 computerised modules (some form of Sage is included in this part of the course as well)

madmaggot, my son enrolled and was accepted on AAT last September, only for it to be cancelled a couple of days before it was due to start, the college decided it was not going to be funded at the last minute (18 and under get it free) the over 18's fee increase went from £665 to £1600 in the end they didn't have enough to start the course because of the price increase.
I have noticed that the AAT course is back on the colleges website for this September and the price is back to £665 and will still be free for my son, so he is going to enrol again and hope it runs this time.
