So who've you seen and where? We might have been to the same gig!
I saw everyone who was anyone at Roundhay Park - Madonna, Michael Jackson, the Rolling Stones etc
Elton John, Adam Ant etc at an old tram shed in Leeds (now demolished)
Led Zep at St Georges Hall Bradford
The Mission, The Pretenders at Elland Road
Trillions of bands at Leeds Uni
Zillions of local live bands

Wow, Led Zep at St Georges! That was my local venue. Saw Thin Lizzy several times, Gillan, UFO, Judas Priest, Uriah Heep, Motörhead. Saw Rush and several other bands in the Tram shed in Leeds ( rather grandly called the Queens hall I believe).
lol yes, the Queens Hall did sound grand for a tram shed - the accoustics were rubbish!
The only other gig I went to at St Georges Hall was Ralph McTell in my very brief spell as a hippy
