Weather in Italy last week of April....

We will be in Italy for the last week of April and then the first week of May on a cruise that goes to Greece and round some Greek Islands.
I really don't know what the weather is like at that time of year and I am not sure about what clothes to pack and take for us and the kids! (limited weight)
Would anyone have an idea of temps for that time of year, or where I can find out?

Going into Google and typing "Weather Greece" or "Weather Greece April" and that sort of thing will generally find you a number of web sites to preuse.

in Greece it should be warm but not necessarily sunny all the time. Italy - depends what part you're in; if it's the south, probably much the same. Take extra layers so you can go out on deck at night.

I have been to both at that time of the year and each time it has been much better than the internet indicated. Had to go out and buy some more T shirts in Cattalica.
