Problems with watching Homeland on 4oD

I'm having difficulties getting last nights episode to play - it keeps telling me there is an error.
I'm registered and have watched progs on 4oD before so can you suggest what may be wrong. I know I can't watch the BBC iPlayer as I'm not in the UK, but have they started restricting 4oD as well now?

This reply is the answer in 4oD FAQs to, "can I watch 4oD in another country".
Rights agreements mean that our 4oD service is only available in the UK and the Republic of Ireland, (although C4 does not always have rights for programmes in ROI). Even if you are a citizen of the UK or ROI you cannot access the service from abroad.
