Another clear night should see Mars again nearer the moon tonight and Jupiter and Venus still in line dominating the evening sky.

•Mars is at its closest to Earth for this apparition: 100.8 million km (62.6 million miles). Mars appears 13.9 arcseconds wide, compared to the 24″ or 25″ it reaches during its closet swing-bys. The last time that happened was in 2003; the next will be in 2018.
The sky was wondrous here last night - North West.
Agree mamya, that's where I was too. Jupiter and Venus are so breathtaking to look at.

No luck tonight . Hope for clear sky tomorrow.
Clear skies here, I can see all three planets. They are certainly brighter that everything else in the sky except for the moon of course!

No problem. It brought back memories from years ago when I went to the Scilly Isles. So peaceful and oldy worldly..The Spacestation was not on the go then or it would have been fantastic sightings from there.
