Has anyone had their e-bay account suspended? If so, were you able to get it re-instated?

My friend has had her e-bay account suspended because e-bay suspected fraudulent activity, she was selling signed L.P's on behalf of someone else! I told that it was a scam but she didn't believe me and really thought that it was 100% kosher! Especially, as the job was advertised in her local job centre! We have appealed to e-bay on three different occasions and they have still refused to re-instate her account, has anyone had a similar experience, or does anyone know if there is anything else that we could do? I was thinking that maybe she should go to see a solicitor if nothing else but to clear her name, any advice would be greatly appreciated!!!

Blimey, I have certainly opened up a can of worms!! Thanks everyone for all comments! OJ, I thought that it would be easy for her to open another e-bay account, but if you went on e-bay forum, it can kind of scare you, because they are basically saying that e-bay would know if she was to open another account, and worse still, if she used relatives details then their account would also be shut down!! I am impressed that you have two accounts, you are so right, that we shouldn't google stuff, it just makes the situation far worse!! I realise that it isn't e-bay's responsibility to make sure that the items sold are what it says on the tin, but I guess she just assumed that everything that she was selling was honky dory. After reading everyone's comments, I am now beginning to think that maybe it's something else that has gone wrong! Think I will just crawl back under my stone and let her sort it out!!! Once again, many thanks everyone for all your comments, and once again, sorry for getting too emotional about the army thing, guess I just got a sensitive soul!!!
