bellazella,
I think you may have a mild case of Raynaud's syndrome which is a condition i have been dealing with all of my life.
Basically Raynaud's syndrome is a circulation problem when the body focuses on sending more blood to the core of the body to keep it warm, and as a result the fingers and toes do not get as much blood.
There are medications you can take that willl help circulation problems but i would not recommend taking them if you just have a mild case.
Exercise, having a clean diet with lots of fruits and vegetables, as well as wearing gloves in the winter have helped me personally with my condition.
