Mediflow water pillow

My son has asked for one of these for his birthday, but he lives in New Zealand, he says they are very expensive there, but how can I find out how much they weigh, I don't want to but one and then it costs a fortune to send it over. Thanks.

If they are like the water mattresses they have to be filled in situ so surely they would not weigh very much (just guessing).

Can't you just fill your air cushion with warm water instead ? Must be cheaper.

Fill it with helium before you send it.......it'll make it lighter!! :o)

Is there an Amazon site for New Zealand? You could order it from them and it would be shipped within New Zealand. I do this for my daughter in Canada, much cheaper than paying the postage from the UK.
