Neighbours: Sky Mangel

As far as I'm aware Joe is Sky's step-father and adoptive father so who is her biological father? he is never mentioned (in the last 2/3 years i've been watching). has he actually made an appearance on the show and is he now dead?

Joe Mangel was in the show during the late 80's I think, played by Someone Little.

According to Neighbours website Sky's dad was called Eric Jensen, though there's no mention of him ever being in the soap, i always thought Joe was her real dad so i've learnt something new today as well.
