Help! Just noticed mirror on sun visor has shattered!

The car goes back on Fri to the leasing company and I've remembered (yesterday) the above. I dont want to phone the company to drop myself in it just in case I can get away with it but does anyone know if this will have to be replaced? Its going to be too late for me to do it myself now.

If its a four year lease the car will go straight to auction. Don't say anything see if you get billed

It's 3 yrs. Tempted not to say anything but on other hand if I could possibly get a replacement it might be cheaper to do that.

in my experience they will charge you for everything :) however, they really might not notice i suppose

If they are going to re-lease it they will check everything so it might be worth replacement.

If it's too late to do it yourself, just swallow the cost - if they notice and charge you.

I considered taking out one of those 3 year leases but when I went through the small print it was clear I would be taken to the cleaners the second I took the car back. With stone chips on the front and damage on the inside done by dogs and kids I may as well return a burnt out shell. This in my view is fair wear and tear, but a lot of these companies seem to want it returned in showroom condition otherwise they'll shaft you for it.

Even if only the Pope drove it, after 3 years it won't be in "showroom" condition.
