I have phases where I need to cut my sugar intake as I get skin breakouts if I eat too much, it's a habit with me to read labels for sugar and convert it into teaspoons, 1g is a teaspoonful...it puts it in perspective !
My favourite is toffee flavoured light yogurt, available online from Asda.
They have a minimum order charge of £25. This is not a problem for me as I order all my groceries from them. It helps to make up an order of £25 by ordering a kilo of steak at about £17. For some reason they never deliver anything near a kilo, only about £5's worth.
I don't visit the local store, but I expect toffee yogurt is available there. Strawberry yogurt is also very nice
however a bit like breakfast cereals these days they are way too sugary or filled with artificial sweeteners for me to buy these days, I dont think the majority of them are healthy at all.
so a simple mathematical error explains woofgang's supermodel figure... Activia intensely creamy for me. Low fat and no more than a pound of sugar per pot. But not caramel and I don't like the lemon much either. Red berries, peaches and cream, vanilla, all fine.
