Drugs Documentary, possibly bbc in 2011

I watched a documentary on drugs at some point in 2011, I think it might have the BBC but I can't be certain. All that I remember of it was it talking about the Krokodil problem in Russia and it showed you run down drug dens and flats in Russia, plus a few guys being interviewed. I've tried a google search and came up with nothing so far. Any light you guys could shine on this would help me greatly! Thanks.
