You need mental floss. You feed it in one ear and out the other, grab the ends in either hand, then move it back and forth. Clears the mind too.

awww zingy, t'aint worth hurting over; hop, skip & jump for joy at the chance for freedom you've been given.
This can be due to drainage problems in the inner ear. Often the root cause is TMJ disorder which disturbs the tissues in the area.

I had it on and off for a couple of years. It was followed by an extended bout of vertigo and then by tinnitus that has gone on for years.
Oh my goodness beso, I bet that has cheered tambo up!
You don't need to heat the oil. It makes no difference if it warm or room temperature and if you make it too hot you'll damage your ear. Just use it as it is.
beso....TMJ was at one time and still is by me called Costen's Syndrome.....and the predominant feature is pain in the face and clicking of the TM joint...........tambo's post does not indicate those features.

We can be sure that it is extremely unlikely that tambo has this disorder.........extremely unlikely.
