dvd covers

I had a program on my other computer for making dvd covers sadly cannot get old computer to come on. Any one know of one to download it is just to make my home videos which I am copying to dvds look good. I have googled but anyone recommend?

Any DTP package can be used to easily design DVD covers. Serif PagePlus SE is well-reviewed (and free!):

(It runs under XP, Vista and 7)

For a dedicated program, UnderCoverXP is popular. It runs under Vista, as well as XP and earlier versions of Windows, but doesn't support Windows 7:
