I always shop online for my Tesco, and yesterday I went through their special offers and noticed that on some lines they would state 'price drop from £1 to 50p' and on the right where the price is stated the price would either show the special offer price, or in many cases the normal price; so I thought it would make the adj at the checkout stage, and when I checked it - it didn't?? I thought of how many people would have bought those goods because they are on special offer, but without realising they were actually being charge the norm price instead of the special offer price.

I'm hopping - if I didn't have a hearing problem I'd have rang them and put them in their place!

Some times they make an adjustment at the 'total' end of your receipt. I can't think quickly enough to hold complicated phone conversations so I usually email them - and they have always replied.
I don't shop online but I know when you get special offers in store it's normally listed at the bottom. In the main receipt the items show normal price then at the end they will show a list of deductions.

Have you checked the whole bill?

If they haven't then send them an e-mail. I like to think Tesco would put things like this right when they get told about them.

I checked this Wolf, took it right to the end and yet they had charged at the normal price. It was on several items, which when I hovered my curser over the top, it would write up the special offer price, but actually charge the normal price..... I'll try emailing them, there was only a phone number on offer if I had an order prob.
