The answer is a place between Land's End and John o Groats.
The clue can be cryptic, an anagram, or just simply a clue, but I can't come up with anything.
I've looked on Answerbank but although it's been posted a few times, no one seems to have come up with an answer.
Any help appreciated.
Thanks

Hi sunny_dave just remembered and it was Godney-I gave the explanation at the time.Thought it might be a bit iffy then
Godstow??
Rodarbal Spliff

< just up the road from me, near Eldoop Tenon >

Is answer definitely a place, if it was a dog then Whippet would be good (W hip pet)
Question Author
yes, has to be a place or area on the route.
Godney sounds as though it should be right, but missing a letter
I've been checking. Actually it was Godwell I suggested but I think it's too iffy-Godney sounds better.God-dog backwards w for with and ell for L-a type of joint
