Does anyone speak Polish please?

Gratulacje z okazji slubu dla Julity & Mateusza, 23 czerwca 2012.
^^^ I need to print this onto a greetings card. Done a bit of research on the internet and found that the letter 'z' in Polish has two different kinds of 'marks' above it. Anyone know which one I should use, please?
Also, is the month written with a small letter, rather than a capital letter, in Polish?
Thanks very much for any help, peeps. x

There's an official notice in the tube station for Chelsea's ground that warns Francophones against buying match tickets from touts. Unfortunately the word 'match' has been translated as 'allumette', the French for the match you light things with. 'They have managed 'billet' for 'ticket', which is perfectly correct, though, strangely, the word for ticket in French can be, guess what? Ticket!
What a fabulous bunch of peeps you are. Thanks very much all. <double thumbs up>
Tinks, ya wee treasure. xxx All sorted now, I'm glad to say.
The stories on this thread remind me of the "Send three and fourpence, we're going to a dance" joke. Wish I could remember it all, but I bet you all know it anyway. :o)
