Budget re Cigarettes

I really think cigarette prices are far too low even after today's tax rise.
I would say cigarettes should cost £40 for a packet of 20 rising by 20% each year plus inflation.

You don't see smokers smashing up bus stops and phone boxes because they've had too many fags. Or cases of domestic violence....smoking cigarettes and driving doesn't effect reaction times...etc etc etc.
