Dance in the house when no ones in!?

Im the first to admit i shut my room door turn the music up loud and dance infront of the mirror or around my room like a looney- just as much as i would if i was out!!!?

Is it just me!?? Lol this extends to the living room when i had my own place or when no ones in at home. Blinds down music up shake my money maker xx

Check your elderly relatives can lock their door.

Used to get up in morning and dance for half hour, very good exercise

Not strictly speaking prog rock, but it's great to dance to (OK, head-bang), has plenty loud guitar, lashings of Hammond organ and Roger Dean designed the album cover, so it's pretty close!
