Scott & Bailey is quite good, 9pm ITV and if you're really desperate, Octopussy is on ITV4.

There's a doc/soap on at 9 called My Murdr based of the true story of a teenage lad. Looks interesting. But The Tube and Embarrassing Bodies is on at 9 too.

Empire, by Jeremy Paxman is usually pretty good, although it usually makes you a bit ashamed of your ancestors.
