Feeling happier today
29 Answers
Well after a fairly crud day yesterday I decided to go to Next at lunch and treat myself, couldn't find any clothes I wanted so I bought 4 of the most ridiculous cushions but they are fab and I love them.
Then when I got home dad had got me a little house warming pressie. Opened the box to find a set of rather nice salt and pepper grinders. He said he heard me telling someone I needed some. But aside from having them it makes me ultra happy that he's started being supportive about me moving out because it does have quite an effect on him.
Now I get to eat the leftovers of yesterday's roast and the leftovers always taste better for some reason.
How's all your days been?

Put them on a baking tray with foil on it in hot oven for 10 minutes, turned them over after that, left for another 10 minutes, turned them over again. Then turned the oven off, left for another 10 minutes.
They shrivel up and brown off just like a large baked potato does, I think if I'd done them for 40 minutes total they would have been better, with crispier skin, but 30 minutes was fine to cook them.
I had mine sliced open with butter, most people cross cut them and push sides in so insides pop out :o)
